- 6:30 PM — Doors open, grab a drink
- 6:40 PM — Welcome & housekeeping
- 6:45 PM — Open mic intros (60 seconds each, 10-15 people)
- 7:10 PM — Open networking
- 8:00 PM — Close, thank venue, tease next event
The rules:
- No hard selling
- 60-second intros max
- Host floats and makes introductions
- Signal > Noise
